This hotel is very close to Moor Street railway station and the Bullring shopping centre, and maybe 10 mins walk from New Street railway station. There is a TESCO Express on the ground floor, which is convenient. I paid GBP 116 for two nights around Easter 2025, which is a fair price.
Stayed last night at this hotel. It was clean and neat, comfort bed, but bit congested bathroom. But overall it's nice. Perfect location, short walk to all shops, restaurants and many more.
On the couple of nights we stayed the hotel appeared to literally have just finished renovations to anything and everything outside and in. Scaffolding was coming down and builders chatting away just out side the windows. Not so good for us but anyone else you basically have a new hotel to visit. Enjoy. Respect the work the carpet layer did and keep it nice for the next guests.
Room was exactly as you'd want it to be. Clean. Tidy. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint about the room would be that it was a tad warm with no air-con. But, hey, can't have everything and the price was more than fair for what we got.
Some previous reviews haven't been good but I can only go on my experience. The staff were friendly and took our bags in as we were too early to check in. The family room (on the 5th floor) we had was quiet, clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. The local area is not the best but probably not unlike any other city centre.
Just returned from a 1 night stay at this hotel and we are so impressed. I read reviews which made me so nervous but I wish I hadn’t have worried now. The location is perfect, staff were excellent, rooms were great and so clean. I would 100% return!
